What's in my shower???

Hey guys!!! I thought I would do a 'What's in my shower?' today as I always like to read or watch them and thought it would be fun to make!

So I will start off with my shampoo! It is the L'Oreal Elvive Nutri-Gloss Crystal Shine! It is really lightweight and leaves my hair feeling (and smelling) fresh, light and glossy!

My next is the conditioner to go with! It is from the same set and works in 60 seconds! For me - that's great considering I don't have a lot of time after school or after my morning runs!!! It tames my locks and reduces frizz to the minimum!

The next 2, I use together! It is my No7 FaceBrush (I have a blog about it, go to my blog page x) and my Dr Bromer's Face wash! It uses all natural ingredients and is super sensitive on the skin! It comes in many different scents, I have the Rose and Jojoba...

My body wash of the moment is just a mini I found in my cupboard as I ran out of my regular! But it is the strawberry shower gel from TheBodyShop. It smells delicious and now I smell like a strawberry :)

My last is my TheBodyShop tea tree oil and face buffer! The oil helps to fight any impurities in the skin and it 100% natural so is really sensitive! It comes in a set of 3 with one buffer! The buffer just helps so put the oil to action and isn't to harsh of delicate skin!

I hope you enjoyed this blog and I have given you ideas for your own shower products! Byeeee x

Créme de la créme of hair products!

Hey everyone! I know my writing has been a bit choppy over the last weeks! This is because I have finished school for the summer and have literally just gotten back from Croatia (which, by the way, was lovely). Anyway - not trying to come up with excuses because I know I need more discipline and I am still new at blogging!

But I think I should stop garbling and on with the blog! (Also, just so you know - this blog will mainly be for people with thick curly hair, if you have neither -  then this blog wont be much use x)

Ok, so I am gonna whiz through these and tell you one good fact about each, here we go!!!!

The first is my Boots Style Works Hair Serum that 'controls hair and tames curls for a natural look'. It is really good because it gives your locks a natural shine without greasing them up and tames frizz!

The next is my holy grail - the Batiste, tropical (it smells like coconuts, mangoes and heaven fyi) dry shampoo! This is for all hair types but maintains thick, curly hair and soaks up any grease to leave you with fresh hair! It gives you loads of volume to work with.

The next is my Trevor Sorbie (professional hair stylist btw) Straight Smoothing Balm! It smells really nice and leaves your hair glossy, smooth and tamed! If you apply while drying your hair straight  - it helps you manage this easily and adds shine!

4/5 is my Aussie 'Take the Heat' heat protectant! It contains Australian Jojoba seed oil to add nutrients and shine to the hair! It is the only one I have tried that doesn't add excess oil and keeps the fly aways, away! It helps to protect damaged hair form heat or regular hair from getting damaged by heat - an absolute must!

And the last fabulous product is my Trevor Sorbie (he's back again) Straight Protect and Shine Spray! The same as the balm but even easier to use as it is a spray1 It is even better though because if you lightly spray the hair after straightening  - it will hold for longer! <3

I hope you enjoyed today's blog, come back next week for 'What's in my Shower?' x

Recent purchases 👑

Hiiiiiiiiiii everyone! Today I wanted to do a "beauty haul" or "recent purchases" blog for you as I went shopping and have picked up some pieces! Lets get on with it...

My first items are my new Niketown trainers which I got for £85! the are really comfortable and actually look nice (which is rare, I find, with trainers). I use them for running when I go every morning at 10 am and for walking around if I want foot support! I love them so much...

My next is my Topshop top for £25! It is a really nice addition to my collection and as it is white - it will go with most things! It has a floral, crochet pattern and is cropped. Even though it is cropped  - there is more crochet of the same pattern that goes on further down the stomach! It will go with skirts, shorts and panataloons!

The third is my white Topshop  bikini with gold cubes at the ends of the strings. It was £21 in total and will really bring out any sort of tan I pick up when on holiday!

The next Topshop (of course) items are four pairs of frilly socks! I got ones in pastel blue, white, mint green and coral with white lace around the rim! Love them because they go well with all shoes
and really cutify an outfit! They were each £3.50 btw.

My fifth item is my new Topshop hat that I got for £25! It is made of straw and has a spiral pattern as its' structure. It is really floppy and beachy with nice detailing if you see it from s a side view. It will look good with everything and covers my face from the sun so I don't get sunburn!

My last (halleluiah)Topshop buy were a gorgeous pair of floaty pantaloons!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg have I been looking everywhere for a pair of these?! They are so pretty and will go with like everything! Can you tell I'm excited? They are floral/Aztec-ish (great description Issy) with colours like maroon, purple, pink, red, turquoise and white! I love them so much I want to die. Only £38 too!

I hope you have enjoyed todays' blog and I will see y'all soon x

My fitness and health 🏃🍎

Hey guys! Today I'm doing a blog on my fitness and health regime because I have tweaked that part of my lifestyle and want to share it with you all!

This blog is going to be a bit different btw.

So, as of yesterday I had a sudden urge to refresh my fitness and health habits as sitting in front of the tv with a galaxy bar no longer made me feel so great! Suddenly I bolted upright from my slump and said to my mum that I wanted tot go on a run and would she come with me? She was enthused and said yes - so in a matter of minutes we were in our running gear doing stretches in bedroom. I was very keen to begin the run so I plugged in my headphones and off we went!

We did two blocks in ten minutes at a steady speed at first - and then faster! Because my area has a lot of hilly bits  - it was even more of an intense workout. Afterwards I felt refreshed and glowing. I felt so fit and I was in such a good mood!

We then did some more stretches afterwards to finish the workout! Altogether  - this stretchy, aerobic workout leaves me feeling self confident and energetic in only 20 minutes!

Because I do these blogs for you - I wanted to quickly promote a couple of apps that are really good...

7M BellyFat
BeachBody
Exercise
SYS-Lite
7 MWC
Runtastic

I also wanted to add in a couple of eating tips!

They are to have three nutritious meals everyday
DO NOT SNACK
If you have to snack - eat some fruit or nuts
DO NOT DIET

I hope you enjoyed today's slightly different blog, see you soon x
